Eric is a full-time real estate agent and has over 15 years of law enforcement experience. He started his professional career as a law enforcement officer and his motivation and attention to detail helped him earn his assignment as a detective. Eric has always had an interest in real estate and decided in 2013 to make the transition from police detective to full-time real estate agent.
In 2013 Eric completed his real estate licensing classes at Hondros College, obtained his real estate license and joined Century 21 Darfus Realty as a full-time agent. Eric choose Century 21 Darfus Realty for several reasons. The main reason was the national and global recognition of Century 21 as a leader in real estate. Century 21 also provides many tools and resources for its offices and agents to help keep them on top of the real estate industry. The family atmosphere of the Century 21 Darfus Realty office was another major factor in his decision to join this office. This benefits clients because when you make the decision to work with Eric not only do you have access to Eric's knowledge and experience but you obtain access to the knowledge and experience of the entire office.
Motivation, attention to detail, and effective listening are all skills that Eric honed during his law enforcement career and have been very beneficial to his real estate career. These skills coupled with his desire to help both buyers and sellers meet their real estate needs lead him to receive the following awards:
Eric currently serves as the Vice President of the Lancaster Board of Realtors.
Eric has been married to his wife for 14 years and they have two children. Outside of real estate Eric is an active member of the Lancaster Church of Christ where he serves as a Deacon, Treasurer, and is the Financial Peace Coordinator.
